Laughter promotes physical healing. Recent studies confirm that a merry heart does good, like medicine. Doctors say that happiness and laughter lessen levels of several stress hormones. This brings balance to the immune system, which helps your body fight with the disease. When you start to laugh, it doesn’t just lighten your load mentally, it truly causes physical changes in your body.  Laughter improves your intake of oxygen-rich air, stimulates your heart, lungs, and muscles, and boosts the endorphins that are released by your brain. We all know that a person’s mental and spiritual health is strongly correlated with physical health.

The Bible revealed this to us almost 2900 years ago. Please read below the verses from the Book of Proverbs. This shows that the Bible correctly told us many facts and hundreds of new discoveries verify its accuracy.
